Across the brands

The work, in numbers.

What moving four healthcare brands onto platforms of their own has meant so far, from patient records and clinical files to the reporting that runs every few minutes. Every figure is dated, and comes from a live count, a migration log, an import audit or the system’s own configuration.

Transform

A national provider’s history, moved while its clinics kept working.

Transform is moving from its previous practice-management system to its own Surgerly installation. We brought its history across, connected the two systems both ways so its teams can move at their own pace, and put Surgerly’s booking on its websites.

  • Appointment history and clinical files imported, and the imports audited
  • Old and new systems connected both ways while teams move across
  • Text reminders two days before, the day before and on the morning; patients reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel
  • Single sign-on for staff, with the work accounts they already use
  • 350k+

patient and enquirer records in its own Surgerly installation, with every patient from its previous system matched and linked

La Belle Forme

Enquiries that book themselves, in the clinic’s own name.

La Belle Forme’s booking runs on its own domain and feeds its CRM, its clinic system and its card payments, so an online enquiry can become a booked consultation, deposit taken, without a phone call.

  • Two-step booking forms on its website, served from its own domain
  • Bookings pushed straight into its clinic system, and reconciled through the day
  • Enquiries into its CRM, and a card deposit taken at the point of booking
  • A read-only diary viewer for its team, with one-time-code sign-in
  • 75%

of online enquirers booked their own consultation through Surgerly

    December 2025 to September 2026

  • 2 in 3

Signature Clinic

A sales history moved in a day, and governance built with its users.

Signature Clinic moved onto its own installation in the August cutover. Since then we have brought its CRM history into Surgerly and are piloting clinical governance with the people who will use it.

  • Its own installation and domains from the August cutover
  • Its CRM history (people, deals, notes and pipelines) copied into Surgerly and checked
  • A governance pilot for incidents, complaints, risks, audits and actions, shaped with its users
  • Records from its previous governance system brought into the pilot
  • 700k+

CRM records (people, deals and tasks), with their notes, brought into Surgerly in a single day

Electiva

Nine systems, one live picture of the business.

Electiva provides private hospital care and elective surgery. We built the reporting that brings its systems together, from practice management and CRM to telephony and theatre lists. It now works out theatre costs and revenue live from the hospitals’ own workbooks, which used to mean a spreadsheet kept by hand.

  • Every theatre appointment followed from booking to invoice
  • Theatre lists costed automatically against each hospital’s rate card
  • Surgerly’s own data feeds included, so old and new systems report side by side
  • A weekly partner report, sent automatically every Monday morning
  • 2,400+

automated data runs a day, across 35 scheduled feeds

    October 2026

  • 9

systems feeding one reporting database, Surgerly among them

    October 2026

  • Live

theatre costs and revenue, worked out from the hospitals’ own workbooks as they change
